The track and field season is just around the corner and it’s time to get in shape for the most successful season yet! Coach Bowen and Coach Bronicki will be holding pre-conditioning for the track through March. The pre-conditioning practices ARE NOT required and intended to prep for the season. They will run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 to 4:15 P.M. You must have all forms completed in Final Forms to participate. Contact the athlete director, Ms. Gilbert, if you need more information on form completion. Interested in getting in the best shape of your life? Bring water, exercise clothes for inside and outside, motivation and join just every Monday and Wednesday of March for pre-conditioning!
