A Note from the Principal:

As we have entered the month of September and are well into the first quarter of the school year our students will receive their progress reports today. These progress reports show how students are doing thus far this quarter. We encourage parents to contact their students teachers if they have questions about students’ progress. Several weeks ago all students completed the MAP assessment. MAP stands for Measure of Academic progress and the results from this assessment will be shared with parents at the parent teacher conferences in October. Teachers will use these results to help meet students where they are academically and help them progress towards mastery of academic standards. We look forward to sharing students’ results with parents.

We are also about 6 weeks or so away from our all school fundraiser, the 2nd annual Fall Festival. The festival includes trick or treating, games, activities, and a haunted school. The festival is on October 28th and 29th. Stay tuned for more information.

We look forward to seeing 7th grade parents on Wednesday for the Science Fair. Please see the included information.  NOW FOR THE REST OF THE STORY- click here

Have a great weekend!
