    Wait No!!!! I mean that men use flour sifters and sift 40 pounds of orange powder into the river. There is a boat that drives over it. The formula in the powder turns the river bring green. It then takes about 45 minutes for the water to completely turn green.

    The people that work to dye the river green in chicago use a type of special dye to color the river green for St. Patrick’s Day. Have A Great St. Patrick’s Day!!

    The use four boats, two large vessels and two smaller ones. The large ones head out first followed by the smaller ones. The small boats help make sure the water is dissolved in the water.
